Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation email and charge your payment method. We use third-party payment processors; by paying, you authorize us to charge your selected method for the full amount.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for accurate shipping information; we are not liable for delays from incorrect addresses, customs holds, or carrier issues.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Items must be returned in original condition within the stated window. Some items may be final sale for hygiene or safety reasons. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
User Content: Reviews & Submissions
If you post reviews, comments, or photos, you grant XanaTrend a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that your content is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XanaTrend will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to XanaTrend for the product(s) at issue in the 3 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so this may not fully apply to you.

Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any posted policies constitute the entire agreement between you and XanaTrend.
