Returns & Refunds Policy

Thanks for shopping at XanaTrend. We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on www.xanatrend.com (“Site”). If anything is unclear, email us at [email protected].
1) Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must arrive back to us within 14 days after your return is approved.
Holiday/peak periods may include extended windows announced on the Site.
2) Eligibility & condition
To be eligible, items must be:
New, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Returned in the same condition you received them, free of odors, stains, pet hair, or wear.
We reserve the right to deny a return or apply a partial refund if items are not returned in sellable condition.
3) Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, or licensing reasons, the following are final sale unless defective on arrival:
Beauty/personal care items, underwear/intimates, opened consumables
Perishables and made-to-order/customized items
Downloadable/digital goods and gift cards
Clearance items specifically marked Final Sale
4) Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will replace or refund according to your preference and product availability.
5) How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number (#XT-12345), item(s) you want to return, and reason.
We’ll reply with approval instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) plus a return label or return address (depending on your location).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, affix the label, and drop off with the carrier. Keep the tracking number.
Returns without an RMA may be refused.
6) Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item), we cover return shipping.
For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), return shipping is deducted from the refund or paid by you at the counter—whichever we specify for your region.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
7) Exchanges
Fastest method: return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size/color. In select cases and locations we can process a direct exchange—ask in your return request.
8) Refunds—method & timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for us to process after delivery to our returns center, plus your bank’s posting time.
If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund is issued as store credit.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:
Check your bank/credit card again.
Contact your bank—it may take time before a refund is officially posted.
If needed, email [email protected] with your order and return tracking.
9) International returns
International customers may return eligible items; return shipping and customs fees are your responsibility unless the product is defective/incorrect.
Mark the parcel “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import duties. Duties/taxes we cannot recover will be deducted from the refund.
10) Undeliverable/Refused packages
Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused are processed as standard returns. Original shipping costs and any carrier return fees will be deducted from the refund.
11) Bundles, sets & gifts
Items sold as bundles/sets must be returned complete. Partial returns may not be accepted.
Items marked as “Gift with Purchase” must also be returned or their value will be deducted.
If you received an item as a gift, refunds are issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
12) Warranty claims
Some products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If your item fails after the return window, contact us; we’ll help you connect with the manufacturer where applicable.
13) Abuse & fair use
We monitor excessive returns and reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or limit returns where we suspect misuse.
14) Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that may be available to you under applicable consumer protection laws in your region.
